ROBERTO GIOLITO, designer (2025)

The award was presented to Roberto Giolito, Head of Heritage at Stellantis Italy, during the conference organized by AILM – Associazione Italiana Lean Managers at the Microtecnica plant, part of the Safran Group, in Turin.

The emotion and sense of wonder of someone whose eyes are still filled with amazement at the world around him were evident in Valerio Adami, the internationally renowned painter, now ninety years old, as he received the award.

The prize was personally presented to him at his home in Meina, on Lake Maggiore, by Valeria Cantoni Mamiani, President of the Valerio Adami Archive.

As every year, the award was given to an individual or entity of international renown who has distinguished themselves for “international perspective,” “interdisciplinary thinking,” and “dedication to action”—the three values long promoted by ALES and the Associazione Italiana Lean Managers.
